Lawndale Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation installation, removal, and related services in Lawndale, CA and surrounding communities. Services are provided on a project basis following a written estimate and agreement. All pricing is provided through written estimates prepared after an on-site assessment of your property. Estimates are based on the conditions observed at the time of the visit and the scope of work agreed upon. Price estimates are subject to change if:
Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to you in writing before additional work proceeds. No work beyond the original estimate scope will be performed without your approval.
Appointments for estimates and project work are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in the event of equipment issues, crew availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible when rescheduling on our end.
If a project is cancelled by the customer after materials have been ordered or work has begun, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred, including materials purchased and labor performed. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the project agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in the written project agreement provided to you before work begins. Typical terms require a deposit prior to the start of work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
Invoices that are not paid within the agreed-upon timeframe may be subject to late fees. In the event that collection action is required, the customer may be responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorney fees to the extent permitted by law.
Lawndale Insulation stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on labor for the period specified in your written project agreement. This warranty covers defects in installation that are directly attributable to our work.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by conditions outside our control, including water intrusion, structural movement, pest damage, or improper use of the installed materials. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the manufacturer's own terms. We will assist you in making a manufacturer warranty claim where applicable.

The workmanship warranty described in Section 6 is the only warranty we provide in connection with our services, and it is subject to the limitations stated in your written project agreement.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service project shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that project.
